Returning Products for Refund or Exchange.


Customers can return items for a full refund or exchange based on the following conditions: -

  • The item can be sold again as new (unused and unopened).
  • The goods are returned to us no later than 14 days after date of purchase.
  • Returns postage will be at customer’s expense.  When returning your item, we recommend using a trackable service to ensure you are covered in the event the parcel becomes lost.

Please note a restocking fee of 20% may be applicable on items over the value of £100.00.

Faulty Goods within Warranty Period
Should you receive a faulty product you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to notify us of the fault. Your item will need to be returned to us for inspection. Once the fault has been confirmed, a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund will be issued.

 

 

Damaged Goods

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.

We cannot offer returns for any damaged appliance after the first 48 hours from delivery has passed. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is checked for damage within these timeframes.

Please note that a damaged item is not classified as a faulty item, damages can be seen by inspecting the item visually.

Refunds

Once your return has been confirmed by our customer service team, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Please note this process can take up to 14 working days for the funds to show back in your account.
